Established in 1998, BBQ Feast offers the best tasting southern BBQ in Ontario! We are a family run/operated business executing up-to five successful events each day. Our staff members are friendly and experienced. Specializing in southern BBQ for over 20 years we ensure timely and memorable events for our clients. 


We utilize some of the most advance equipment including computer controlled upright smokers making for extremely consistent products and our authentic mobile smokers are sure to impress your guests.


Servicing Southern Ontario, including but not limited to Windsor, London, St. Thomas, Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Brantford, Woodstock, Hamilton, Orangeville and every thing in between!

  • What is the cost of having an event catered?

    As every event we operate is uniquly different, the price points is as well!  All events are custom quoted using volume based pricing.  We use factors such as your event location, event date, menu and the number of guests you are expecting to provide an accuate quote.  You can book an event crew and reserve your event date with as little as $1000.00. Please contact us and a custom proposal will be sent out.

  • Do you have a minimum dollar amount or a minimum number of guest required?

    In most cases we require a minimum of 50 guests for catered events.  Seasonality effects this policy, please contact us. 

  • Do you service "______" area or city?

    Yes, we service most of southern Ontario.  In most cases it's easiest to refer to our 'Service Area Map' above.    If you don’t find the information you're looking for, please contact us! 

  • I didn't receive my quote/proposal?

    Quotes and proposals are normally sent out within 48 hours. Please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder if you have not received an email within this time frame. We want to make sure you receive the information requested, please reach out to us if you have any questions!  

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most forms of payment.  

    Cash, Cheque, EFT, EMT, Visa, Master Card & American Express.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our office is open by appointment.  Please let us know a good time to meet with you!

  • I can’t find my original invoice/contract. What should I do?

    Just let us know, we will resend a copy to you. 

  • What if I cancel my event?

    We have a cancellation policy in place and is outlined in our contracts. In most cases we refund all monies paid up to but not including the Booking Fee, which secures your event date.
